Refund policy

Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance/personal care products, returns are not accepted unless:

  • Product is damaged in transit

  • Wrong item received

  • Item is missing

Eligibility

  • Report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide unboxing video/photos as proof.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders refunded within 7–15 business days (once approved).

  • COD refunds processed to your bank account within 4–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Eligibility

  • Damages due to misuse, negligence, or allergic reactions are not covered.

  • Always perform a patch test before use.
